Roads

On the territory of the municipality of Paracin, there are 153.57 km of municipal roads, of which:

  • 113 km of roads with modern tracks
  • 0.09 km of paved roads and
  • 33, 92 km of dirt roads

The length of State roads is 97.4 km and they are classified into four groups:

  • State road of category I A 18.3 km
  • State road of category I B 21.7 km
  • State road of category II A 27.4 km
  • State road of category II B 30 km

Energetics

All settlements in the municipality of Paracin are connected to the low-voltage power grid. Electricity distribution operations, which also include planning and development of electric power infrastructure, in the territory of the municipality of Paracin, apart from the village of Stubica and the settlement of Sisevac, are performed by the Jagodina Elektrodistribucija Branch, Paracin Branch Plant, while Stubica and Sisevac are wiithin the competence of the Cuprija Branch Plant. The branch of electric distribution in Jagodina operates as part of the Distribution System Operator "EPS Distribucija" d.o.o. Belgrade, or Regional center of Elektrosrbija Kraljevo.

The public lighting system of the municipality of Paracin consists of 202 substations, of which 75 are in the town and 127 are in rural local communities. Each electrical substation has one electrical outlet for public lighting. On the territory of the municipality of Paracin, 7,891 lamps were installed, whose total installed power is 1,128 kWh.


Water supply and sewerage

The total length of the water supply network in the municipality of Paracin is about 250 kilometers, while the length of the sewage network is 156 km. Total annual water consumption is 2.2 million m3, of which household consumption is 1.2 million m3. The drinking water supply of the population of the municipality of Paracin is through the unique water supply system for the city of Paracin. The villages of Glavica, Tekija, Striza, Donje Vidovo, Savac, Cepure, Davidovac, G. Mutnica, Donja Mutnica, Klacevica, Krezbinac and Plana are supplied with drinking water via the main source near the village of Izvor and a system of wells with a total capacity of 250 l/s. For the villages of Popovac, Bosnjane and Stubica, water supply is provided from the Toplik spring. The number of people covered by the water supply network is about 40,000.
